Perth Handyman Services — effective August 2026

These Perth handyman services terms govern your use of this website, whether you're a homeowner submitting a job or a tradie registered on the platform. We're matchmakers, not providers, and these terms are written to reflect that plainly — no fine print designed to obscure what you're actually agreeing to.

Perth Handyman Services is operated by Sevraj Pty Ltd (ABN 83 696 649 662), an Australian registered company based in Adelaide, South Australia. By using this website or submitting a job request, contact form, or tradie registration, you agree to the terms below.

1. What This Service Is

Perth Handyman Services connects homeowners submitting a job request with independent, approved tradies covering the relevant suburb. We do not employ tradies, supervise their work, or act as a party to any agreement made between a customer and a tradie. Full detail on how matching works is on our How It Works page.

Tradies on this platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Sevraj Pty Ltd.

2. Terms for Customers

Job requests are free to submit. You agree to provide accurate contact and job details — inaccurate details are a valid reason for a tradie to raise a dispute, which can delay your match. Any price, timing, and scope of work is agreed directly between you and the tradie; Sevraj Pty Ltd is not a party to that agreement and does not process payment for the work performed.

We take reasonable steps to vet tradies before approval (see About Us), but we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any individual job. Feedback submitted through Contact Us helps us decide which tradies remain in the network.

3. Terms for Tradies

Registration via Join As a Tradie requires a valid ABN and accurate trade and coverage-area details. We verify this information as part of our approval process before you're eligible to receive job offers. Providing false information is grounds for removal from the platform.

Accepting a job offer does not guarantee the job proceeds — the customer may choose not to proceed for reasons outside our control. Declining a job offer carries no penalty and simply passes the job to the next available tradie in the wave.

Each job is offered to one tradie at a time; once accepted, it is not simultaneously offered to others, and a maximum of five acceptances (leads) can occur against a single job before it's considered filled.

4. Free Leads for Tradies

Every lead offered through Perth Handyman Services is free. No subscription, no per-lead charge, no invoice, ever. There's no "founding" window or introductory period this applies to — it's simply how the platform works for every registered tradie, indefinitely.

A lead is an opportunity to quote a job — not the job itself, and not a guarantee of paid work. We think charging for that opportunity, even a small amount, adds up fast and puts real pressure on a tradie already working in a tight economy. So we don't.

If a paid priority-placement option is introduced in future, it will be clearly optional, clearly priced, and this page will be updated in advance — free leads for every registered tradie will not change.

5. Lead Accuracy & Removal

Because there's no charge for a lead, there's no billing dispute process to speak of. If a lead you receive has invalid contact details, turns out to be a duplicate, or wasn't delivered as intended due to a platform fault, let us know through Contact Us — we track this to keep the quality of leads high, not to adjust an invoice that doesn't exist.

Repeated invalid or low-quality leads reported against a customer, or repeated no-shows and complaints reported against a tradie, may result in that account being reviewed or removed from the platform.

6. Blog Contributions

If you submit an article through our Blog Upload page, you confirm the content is your own original work and that you have the right to submit it. By submitting, you grant Sevraj Pty Ltd a licence to publish, edit, and remove the content on the Perth Handyman Services blog at our discretion.

Submission does not guarantee publication, and no payment or compensation is implied or owed for accepted or published contributions.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We're matchmakers, not providers — Sevraj Pty Ltd is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of work performed by any tradie matched through this platform. Any dispute regarding the work itself is a matter between the customer and the tradie directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to this website or platform is limited to the fees paid to us in connection with the relevant lead, if any. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8. General Terms

Termination: Either party may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or remove a tradie's access for false information, repeated customer complaints, or breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any dispute not resolved through the process above is subject to the jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
